"Singer, songwriter, and bandleader of the local alt-rock, indie-ska band The Full Uplift, Stephen Kish is an engaging big, barrel-chested troubadour, singing original songs about the human condition: Sometimes fun and frolicky, but also cognizant of the struggles we all face in this wonderful journey, hurtling through the vast darkness and vacuum of space. His "Riff-acana" guitar style is based on folk/rock/fingerpicking/and Blues & Rock influences from the Golden Era of guitar heroes: altered tunings and higher soni-consciousness.
