Room One and Methow Pride present A Queer Guide to Being an LGBTQ+ Ally. This workshop is for parents, guardians, teachers, coaches or anyone who is open to learning more about being an ally for Queer and Trans youth. It is a space to learn, listen and ask the questions you have been wanting to ask. They will discuss Queer history, answer questions about gender constructs, work towards undersanding why people "come out" and you can make your home and community more inclusive and affirming.
