2024 Shrub-Steppe Poetry Journal Launch. Friday, October 11, 6:30 – 9:00pm at Casia Lodge and Ranch. Methow Press hosts the annual release of the Shrub-Steppe Poetry Journal, published in Wenatchee. A dozen poets from across the Columbia plateau, including Confluence Poets Subhaga Crystal Bacon, Susan Lagsdin, Christine Kendall, Sam Owen, and Greg Wright, will read from works included in the 2024 edition. Small-plate dishes catered through Casia's Veranda will be available by donation, and a cash bar will be available. Copies of the latest edition will be available for purchase.
