This year, Valentine’s Day falls directly in the middle of Chinese New Year, so I thought I would create an elegant and romantic menu that is influenced by Chinese New Year while also taking cues from the traditions of Love and Poetry that are highlighted in both celebrations and cultures. This menu is designed to be approachable while adventurous, focused on quality ingredients while showcasing traditional cooking techniques- an exhilarating journey on the palate with surprises for all the senses.
