The first-ever William Stafford Peace Festival will take place in Twisp on Saturday and Sunday,

September 19-20, 2026. The festival is presented by Root.ED Nature School with the

Confluence Poets in commemoration of International Peace Day, in celebration of the 10th

anniversary of the William Stafford poetry readings in the Methow Valley, and in solidarity with
