Scheduled for April 15th, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at the Bledsoe Family Winery, patrons are invited to indulge in an opulent four-course dinner meticulously curated by Sun Mountain Lodge Executive Chef, Jeremy Taisey, paired harmoniously with the finest selections from the Bledsoe cellar.

The journey continues with Veal and a tantalizing Rabbit & Pheasant ensemble, perfectly paired with Double-Back Cabernet Sauvignon and The Mac, respectively.

As the evening progresses, patrons will be treated to palate-cleansing delights such as Grapefruit & Jalapeno Sorbet before relishing the robust flavors of Venison paired with Double-Back Merlot. The culinary odyssey concludes on a sweet note with Goat Milk & Rum, featuring an exquisite medley of flavors harmonized with Cruzan Blackstrap Molasses Rum.
